  • Founder & Managing Partner

    Shaun founded Plastic Welding & Fabrication, Ltd. in 2003, as a plastic repair shop and has continued to expand the company as each year passes. Shaun began working in the industry in 1998, where he previously worked beside the Engineer who developed Copolymer Polypropylene (CPP). Shaun ensures that all custom-fabricated projects meet or exceed the guidelines established by the D.V.S. (German Welding Society). Away from work, he enjoys BBQing, hunting, traveling, and riding around on his Polaris.


  • Vice President of Sales

    Marshall Shoemake, our Sales Manager, boasts a decade of dedicated service within our company. His extensive role encompasses providing sales quotes, contributing to initial design, generating sales forecasts, fostering team collaboration, overseeing advertising efforts, and actively seeking out potential clients. Marshall finds the most gratifying aspect of his position in witnessing the tangible impact our products have on enhancing the daily operations of our clientele. Beyond the confines of the office, Marshall finds solace in family moments, indulges in card games, explores culinary pursuits through cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and embarks on leisurely bike rides through the picturesque landscapes of the German countryside.


  • General Manager

    Rebecca has been with the team since August 2017. Her general responsibilities include Accounting, Logistics, Human Resources (HR), Procurement, Field Service Coordination, and Office Scheduling. Away from work, she enjoys walking, traveling, bike riding, swimming and spending time with family.
