BAGHOUSES
- The Baghouse is built and shipped to the customer in sections:
- Two (2) Top Sections consisting of main W-beam frame with tube sheet, sides, and hipped roof.
- Two (2) Bottom Hopper(s) sections with W-beam flange and leg supports.
- The beam frame will be built out of a W6@12 Wide flange beams with a 3/16″ thick tube sheet welded on top of the frame. 3/16″ thick steel sidewalls and top along with their tube and angle stiffeners will be welded to the top of the mainframe.
- Two (2) Hinged access doors will be provided in the top sections. One (1) in each of the top sections.
- Two (2) Angle frame bag hanger/shaker assemblies with 2 horsepower gear motor is provided in top assemblies.
- Hopper(s) Assemblies are built of 3/16″ thick steel plate.
- The Leg Supports are constructed with W6 Beam flanges to connect the top and bottom baghouse sections and is provided.
- Six (6) Discharge Hoppers are provided in total (3 for each hopper section).
- The baghouse interior and exterior will be coated with heavy coal tar epoxy to resist corrosion.
- Caged ladders, Work platforms, & Handrails are typically included.
